So nice to see this summary of our screening for distress work out in Leap magazine. Mindfulness-Based Cancer Recovery Book


Dr. Linda Carlson and Dr. Michael Speca successfully launched their new book Mindfulness-Based Cancer Recovery on March 24th, 2011 along with an experiential workshop and reception. In Mindfulness-Based Cancer Recovery, Linda and Michael present an 8-week program for coping with the symptoms of chemotherapy, radiation, and other cancer treatments by reducing stress and anxiety through meditation, mindfulness, and gentle yoga.
