You have had a diagnosis of breast cancer (any stage, in treatment or not)

Using music intentionally can change people’s lives. What if we could do more with music? What would happen if we made a small perspective shift and brought music more consciously into the foreground? What benefits could we anticipate in our mood, our level of stress, and our view on those around us?
This seminar will help you find your music so you can reach your goals. You will discover your listening habits, your music preferences, and your life’s soundtrack—and why it is important that you do. This workshop was led by Jennifer Buchanan, a talented music therapist.
